A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, where she earned an associate degree in culinary arts, Ms. Eller is an experienced chef and restaurateur. At Ashland Community Hospital, she showcases her skills and talents as the director of nutritional services and oversees all food service processes. She is responsible for managing inventory, purchasing, catering to room service and special diets, and managing the staff. With a strong understanding of the market, she is a success in her field.

Ms. Eller, who has been recognized as a U.S. Army Honor Guard, formerly enjoyed a great career in the military. She specialized in intelligence and was among one of the first women to train with men. Today, she supports Goodwill Industries International, Inc., and hopes to help her community further by educating and providing food for the underserved.
